About the Design

She has that old world charm that everybody yearns for, she speaks of a time of courtly love that rose above the banalities of this earth. The Penelope ring is custom made to order in your choice of sterling silver or white, yellow or rose gold, woven into an intricate metal lattice, adorned with a glittering network of gemstones from your choice of 12, with the central and the highlight stones all separately customisable. Stone choices include cubic zirconia, sapphire, topaz, ruby, garnet, emerald, amethyst and more. Use our fun online simulator to get to know Penelope, and start crafting the custom made ring of your dreams.

All our products are stamped for the metal and are accompanied with certificate of authenticity.

Additionally, any product over $1000 is supplied with a valuation certificate from an independent valuer based in Australia (check sample here). However you can choose to get any product valued at a nominal cost.

All our products come with 1 year warranty.

Shipping / Returns

All orders are shipped by registered post (with tracking number) within Australia and New Zealand. Tracking number will also be provided for International orders where provided by freight provider.

Our 30-day exchange guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange provided that the returned jewellery is in original unused condition.

1. How do I check my ring size?

You can check your ring-size by either using a ring that already fits you or by the measuring tape in the chart (click to open).

2. Are my transactions secure?

Our portal carries a current SSL certificate implying 128 bit SSL encryption to protect confidential data. For payment processing we use PayPal, an internationally accepted payment gateway. We do not store credit card information.
