While we expect our personalized jewellery too meet your requirements, we understand that at times you may need to change or return an item. So, we would like to ensure you that we have a very easy and transparent return policy to take care of such instances.

No Questions Asked

We have a serious, no questions asked return policy. If you meet the below mentioned conditions, we will take back our product without any further questions and issue refund or replacement accordingly.

Conditions to be fulfilled for return

Please note that following conditions must be fulfilled for return:
·      The item must have been delivered to you within last 30 days i.e. you must return it within 30 days after you received your purchase.
·      The item must be in its original, unused condition. It must come back in the same state in which it was packed and delivered to you.
·      It must also contain the original box used for packaging.

If you are meeting all the above conditions, you can proceed to return the purchase.
