At Portobello we always aspire to make your purchase risk-free and your post purchase process as simple as possible. While we expect our personalized jewellery too meet your requirements, we understand that at times you may need to change or return an item. So, we would like to ensure you that we have a very easy and transparent return policy to take care of such instances.

No Questions Asked

We have a serious, no questions asked return policy. If you meet the below mentioned conditions, we will take back our product without any further questions and issue refund or replacement accordingly.

Conditions to be fulfilled for return

Please note that following conditions must be fulfilled for return:
·      The item must have been delivered to you within last 30 days i.e. you must return it within 30 days after you received your purchase.
·      The item must be in its original, unused condition. It must come back in the same state in which it was packed and delivered to you.
·      It must also contain the original box used for packaging.

If you are meeting all the above conditions, you can proceed to return the purchase.

How to Return

Please call us at our customer care or drop us a mail to let us know your intention to return the product. And then you need to courier the item back to our office at the following address:

Please note that refund will be issued only in form of a credit note which can be used for a purchase from the store or the website. Also please note that cost of shipping needs to be borne by the customer. Also the shipment should be insured and also mandate acknowledgment receipt (cost needs to be borne by the customer).
