Therefore we offer free valuation certificate from an independent certified valuer for all purchases over £600. The valuation certificate unambiguously states the replacement value of the jewellery and can be used for insurance purposes. Check sample below:


Shipping & Delivery

The delivery process begins as soon as you finish ordering. We always try to ensure that you receive your item as soon as possible and we try to keep the process simple and transparent for you. 


All orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped by registered post.

Time Required For Delivery

It generally takes around 3 weeks to deliver the products once you complete the transaction. In case you think the waiting period is too long, you need to understand that we are offering custom-made jewellery and not the readymade ones.  So, we will prepare your chosen design with your hand-picked gemstones and then deliver it to you.

Tracking Delivery 

We will always keep you updated regarding the delivery process. You will be informed about every stage as and when they are finished. You will be provided with a link that you can use to check the progress of your order till it reaches your doorstep.

Requirements On Receipt 

When you receive the delivery, you may have to provide your signature to the courier to finish the transaction. So, you are expected to be present at the time of the delivery.

In case you are not found at your given address at the time of delivery, the item will be dropped at the closest Australia Post while leaving a note at your mailbox informing you about the same.
